Absolutely. You can pause your subscription for a small weekly fee if you're traveling or need a break. You can also cancel anytime — we offer pro-rated refunds based on the lessons used.
Yes, lessons must be used within the month of your plan. However, if you miss the deadline, you may reactivate expired lessons by purchasing a new plan within 60 days. We'll convert some of your unused lessons back as bonus credits.
You can purchase a Lesson Boost Package at any time — perfect for flexible learners or high-intensity periods. Choose from 20, 30, or 60 lesson packs valid for 2–6 months.
Xpeak's AI system will automatically recommend tutors based on your language goals, interests, accent preferences, and availability. The more you use Xpeak, the smarter our recommendations become — eventually suggesting tutors who match your evolving topics and progress.
